Guy flunks bar exam, blames gay marriage
A Massachesett law student, Stephen Dunne, recently failed a bar exam by two points. Now he is suing the test administration agency claiming a question he refused to answer require students to “affirmatively accept, support and promote homosexual marriage and homosexual parenting” (National Law Journal).
He seeks to block the testing agency from counting any questions involving same-sex couple legally married in Massachusetts into his scores or anyone else for that matter. He also seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.
Stephen Dunne claimed that his First Amendment rights to excercise religion was violated by the mere existenece of the questions. For God sake man, you are a future lawyer, there is no such thing as religion or any sense of heart in you people.
Lawyers were bred for one thing and that is to understand the law and either to defend or convict all sorts of people. What does this man expect to hold in court… Blame every person guilty because they are gay? Lawyers are suppose to be open minded selfish people. Not cranky law students who didn’t bother studying and failed the test.

Well, I don’t know about Lawyers being heartless and selfish (even though the majority usually are), but I can easily say it was his scapegoat lol
