Juno Rockin’ Baby
Nine weeks and four Academy Award nomination including Best Picture later, Juno has captured the hearts of millions of moviegoers the world over. This movie has had quite a buzz bringing in an estimated $110 million in just 2 months in the theaters.
Young Juno MacGuff, Ellen Page, finds herself pregnant at the age tender age of 16 and battles the emotions of being a pregnant teenager in high school. Instead of aborting the baby she chooses to give the child up for adoption. That is where we meet the newly adopting parents Vanessa & Mark Loring, the amazing Jennifer Garner and Jason Bateman, who appear to be the perfect trying couple, however, not everything is as it seems.
All in all the movie was a funny, and moving experience that many can enjoy. In my personal opinion, I think that the writers and director took the topic of teen pregnancy a little too light but I still enjoyed every second!
