How hot! Johnny Depp is rumored to be the new spokesman of protection :) Specifically, the “Magnum” sized line that is typically used by sailors apparently, according to Ryan Tate of Gawker. It didn’t take long for the ‘talented’ freelance designers to come with their very own designs. We knew Johnny carried around a huge sword, but never figured he had a big (cough). A source for Johnny says “[Johnny's] very interested and he’s trying to figure out if he can fit it in.” Slogans like “Stand Up With Johnny For Safe Sex” has already been developed by the ad company. Fashion Industry Loves Boners

With the popular rise in shows like ‘America’s Next Top Model’ and other new comers like ‘Make Me a Super Model’, experts are saying that the fashion industry is also leading the generation to ‘The Next Top Eating Disorder’ according to a report by UK’s Telegraph.
“The growing obsession with being ultra-thin - fueled by catwalk stars such as Lily Cole and Kate Moss - is having a “dangerous influence on the public”, says Prof Janet Treasure, of the Eating Disorders Research Unit at Kings College London.”

Yea seriously, we need an expert to tell us that? Prof Treasure spearheaded the campaign to ban Models of size 0-4 on the UK runways. I think Treasure needs to come to Texas :) She’ll be shocked! What do you think of her wanting to ban size 0-4?

Heath Ledger Fathers Another Kid

Several months after his death, actor Heath Ledger is still living strong. Fueds surrounding the late death of Heath Ledger has yet again taken a mysterious turn, with members of his family claiming he may have secretly fathered a love child. It was believed to have happened way back when Heath was only 17 years old. Ledger’s uncle, Haydn Ledger, yesterday confirmed there was a “real possibility” his nephew had fathered a girl with the woman. The 2nd kid could split Heath’s estate. Petar Perovic Plays Big Brother Serbia

Do you guys remember way back in August when reFRESH mag ran a story on the hot Serbian boy, Petar Perovic whom was photographed by Zoran Trifunovic? Well we received news that he is now on the Serbia version of Big Brother! He’s apparently ‘huge’ over there and who could blame him… and of course tabloids and yellow press of Serbia immediately started digging out all the possibly scandalous information about all the big brother contestants. The coolest thing, in my opinion, is that they used a few photos of Petar from this site that was tagged with “TREYCRUZ.COM” on it :D tons of link love to the blog… I guess the whole controversy over there is whether he’s gay or not since the country is highly conservative. What do you guys think? Could our readers in Serbia kindly answer that?

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Rocks the Robe

First we enjoyed a little bit of Jonathan Rhys Meyers shirtless and now he’s back on The Tudors to continue his reign of seduction as he returns as the young brooding King of England. Drama is already flaring as the young King is getting ready to divorce the queen in order to make room for the very ambitious Anne Boleyn. Geeks Invades WordCamp Dallas

As you all may or may not know, this blog runs on the powerful WordPress blogging platform. I was fortunate enough to have some free time to join the rest of the geeks from around the DFW area this past weekend in the City of Frisco to attend WordCamp Dallas. Why they call it WordCamp Dallas when we were in Frisco the world may never know.

As with everything else in my life I’m always late… but thank goodness! I got to personally witness one of those phenomenons you only see on TV. I witnessed a geek hit on a pretty hot lady who worked at the coffee shop by talking about wi-fi and it’s spectrum! Yup.
