Good Evening Bitches - did you miss me? =)

I apologize for my recent hiatus, but there were some homo’s and anti-homo’s that required a firm backhand across the face, but now business is as usual.

So yeah…I’ve been reading lately and apparently earlier today, there was a court “declining to hear a case” that allowed same-sex benefits for a New York woman and her wife/life-partner according to 365gay.com.

I don’t know if you’re too up on your court terminology, but that basically means since the appellate court has refused to hear the case, the prior ruling stands.

So, long story short - the gay ladies get to keep their rights of being called married - WOOO!

The court commented on the case, saying that if there is a desire to change the legal recognition of marriage, then to “take it up with the legislature” but the court will continue to do as it sees fit.

There you have it folks - old, white straight men really aren’t ALL out to get us…just most of them =)
