Police Hands Out Condom at Gay Festival

Talk about “Spreading” the message. A police force is set to hand out free condoms at a gay pride festival to encourage revellers not to drink to excess, it has been revealed.
West Midlands Police described the initiative at this weekend’s Birmingham Gay Pride as a fun way of spreading a serious message.
A total of 10,000 condoms will be distributed at the event by West Midlands Police’s gay, lesbian and transgender support group, Rainbow.
