SC Pulls Gay Tourism Ad, We’re Not Gay!
Some of the people from South Carolina needs to pull their head out of their asses. For this year’s London Pride, a UK based travel website ran an ad campaign using posters throughout the London Metro touting US cities as gay friendly locations. The posters read “Atlanta is so gay, Las Vegas is so gay”, etc. Well, the hags in South Carolina got their booty-hair pulled a little too hard and rumours abrupt that someone in SC government approved of the campaign. Now, the anti-gay politicians are gathering their pitch forkand have pulled the support.
According to a report from news site, The State:
“The agency is reviewing how, if at all, to discipline the employees who signed off on the program. Some lawmakers were shocked to learn about the campaign, with state Sen. David Thomas, R-Greenville, calling for an audit. Joel Sawyer, spokesman for Gov. Mark Sanford, said using tax money to support a social or political agenda is inappropriate.”
