In a much-anticipated ruling the California Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the the gay marriage ban law was in fact, unconstitutional. The law was enacted 4 years ago after much complaints towards the City of San Francisco after the Mayor temporarily allowed same-sex couples to wed, prompting a flood of applications to the city clerk’s office.

Former N’Syncer, Lance Bass, asides from riding around with strangers in Los Angeles and declining to answer our emails, has actually done something positive. Last night on his myspace bulletin Lance posted what a “PSA” which linked to a video which you can see after the jump. Lance Bass doesn’t want others to stay silent as he did. The clip was dedicated to everyone that was lost due to anti-gay violence. This years memorial, April 25th, will be in remembrance of Lawrence King, a 15 year old whom was killed because of an alleged homophobic class mate. Bass insists that gays are “brothers and sistersâ€? and that we must all work to educate the rest of the world.
